These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("the Conditions") apply to any sale of items from buyenclosures.com.au. We may vary these Conditions from time to time, and the revised Conditions will be published on our website. Placing an order after a variation constitutes your acceptance of the new Conditions.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any of your rights as a consumer under the ACL. Our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to the remedies set out in the ACL.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch.

All prices shown in the published in buyenclosures.com.au or price lists are recommended selling prices only and there is no obligation on the part of any reseller to maintain such prices.

Payment for goods must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by us.

Orders and Acceptance

A quotation from us is not an offer or obligation to sell. We reserve the right to decline any order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to delivery.

An order includes only the goods specified in it. We reserve the right to cancel any sale if goods offered from stock have been previously sold or are otherwise unavailable.

Delivery and Risk

Buyenclosures.com.au will endeavor to comply with the time of delivery of goods and services requested by the purchaser but delivery time is not guaranteed nor is time of the essence of the contract of sale of the goods and services. Buyenclosures.com.au will not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature arising out of a delay in delivery of goods or services. The delivery period quoted commences from the date Buyenclosures.com.au receives sufficient information to proceed with the supply or from the date Buyenclosures.com.au receives the purchaser’s order, whichever is the later. Quoted delivery dates are subject to confirmation when placing the order.

We use reputed carrier to deliver the good. However all goods sold shall be at the risk of the purchaser from the time of dispatch of the goods by Buyenclosures.com.au for delivery to the purchaser and the purchaser & carrier shall be solely responsible for the goods in transit.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Beyond the consumer guarantees stipulated by the Australian Consumer Law, some products may come with an additional manufacturer's warranty. The terms of any such warranty are separate from your rights under the ACL.

To the extent permitted by law, buyenclosures.com.au is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of income or profit) arising from or caused in any way by the goods or services we supply. Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
