Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement).
• The item must be in its original, unused, and saleable condition with all original packaging, tags, and manuals intact.
• The item must not be on the list of exceptions below.

Return Exceptions

• Custom-made or specially ordered products.
• Products missing a serial number or UPC.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
• Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Return Shipping for Change of Mind

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Return an Item

Ship the Item

Once return is approved, please send the item(s) back to the address we provide. You must share the tracking information with us to ensure your return is processed correctly.

Data and Personal Items

Before returning any items, you are responsible for removing all personal data. You must also remove any personal items from the product and its packaging.
